Sitting here with Caylee and Callan tonight. All is very peaceful. Caylee got the movie, "Horton Hears a Who" for Christmas, and absoLutely loves it. She will be in a daze for hours. Callan is playing his Nintendo DS. Pretending to be watching the movie with Caylee. Cory is at work with Dad tonight. Dave has been working lots and lots of overtime for a while to make ends meet around here. Those gas prices, that went so high, really did put a damper on things. Thank God it is Income Tax time....maybe now we can get back to normal and he won't have to work so much. Although we are one of the more fortunate ones that still has our home. Some were not so lucky.
Nice to see the weather warm up here for today. Expecting lows in the 40's...that is like heaven! Especially after 3 days straight of weather in the 20's. Last night's temps came in with 29.
Tomarrow's agenda brings more Little league sign-ups. The last day I might add. From 9a-1p in the morning. Looking for a lot of kids for the spring 2009 season. Can't wait to get them started! I'll try to post some pictures as I get them.
Went to the Social Security Office today. All official papers are now complete for Caylee, except to get her amended COC with her new name. We will be sending that shortly. It's a great feeling to know we are almst finished with this stuff. Caylee has had the nasty nose and bad cough since yesterday. Will be glad to see that go...She really showed herself good at the Social Security Office today. "My Baby Got The Attitude!"....Until tomarrow
